Important Notes
For Google Pixel series and mainland Chinese brand phones (including Huawei / HONOR / Xiaomi / OPPO / VIVO / nothing phone, etc.), these phones currently require manual APN configuration and may also have compatibility issues that prevent a successful connection.

For dual-SIM phones, we strongly recommend inserting the SIM card into SIM card slot 1. The device will automatically connect to the network.

Mailing Policy
The product will be shipped via Hong Kong ordinary mail within 2 business days. Therefore, only delivery addresses within Hong Kong are accepted, and no mailing or tracking number will be provided.
Delivery by Hong Kong Post generally takes approximately 3 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
When placing your order, please provide the recipient's full and accurate name and address to avoid misdelivery.
Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please place your order in advance to avoid not receiving it before your departure date.
