Delivery Service

1. All delivery dates/estimated delivery times indicated by us are for reference only.
2. If items are sent via Hong Kong Post ordinary mail, no tracking number will be provided, and customers will bear the risk of delay and loss in ordinary mail.
3. We will not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery due to reasons including but not limited to the following:
   a) Errors in the information provided by the customer (such as incorrect delivery address or contact details);
   b) No one is available to receive the items when delivered to the address specified by the customer;
   c) Errors made by third-party delivery personnel; or
   d) Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. We reserve the right not to deliver to specific addresses, even if the address is located in Hong Kong.
5. If specifically indicated, customers must pay the delivery fee for the specified delivery address provided. The exact delivery fee will depend on the specified delivery address provided by the customer or may vary based on time.
6. If the specified delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, additional delivery fees may apply.
7. We reserve the right to amend any delivery service terms (including but not limited to delivery areas and fees) from time to time without prior notice.
8. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept any requests to change the delivery method.
9. Ownership, interest, or warranty of the items will transfer to the customer when the physical items are delivered to the specified delivery address provided in the online order form, regardless of whether the customer is the designated recipient. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ownership of software items or services remains with the applicable owner or licensor.
