Exchanges and Refunds

1. Customers must use the goods/services according to the guidelines specified by us. If there are issues with the use of the goods/services, we will replace the goods/services based on the situation, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
2. Generally, the SIM card should be usable immediately upon insertion. If it cannot be used, please first check if the phone's access point, selected network operator, and data roaming are correctly set. There are many reasons why a SIM card may not work, which may not be due to the SIM card itself. Therefore, please contact our technical support first. The contact information for technical support is printed on the SIM card packaging. Any complaints made after returning to Hong Kong without contacting us first will not be handled or refunded. Please retain the complete SIM card and packaging for future inquiries.
3. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
