Mailing Policy
The product will be mailed via Hong Kong ordinary mail within 2 business days. Therefore, only delivery addresses within Hong Kong can be accepted, and no mailing or tracking number will be provided.
Delivery by Hong Kong Post generally takes approximately 3 business days; remote areas may take longer.
When placing an order, please provide the recipient's full and accurate name and address to avoid loss.
Delivery may be delayed by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond control. Please place your order early to avoid not receiving it before your departure date.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or changed.

Purchasing Information
Hotspot sharing consumes bandwidth, and network speed may vary depending on the terminal device and geographical location. Therefore, minimum network speeds are not guaranteed. Please confirm this before placing your order.
In accordance with fair-use network principles, telecommunications companies may, at their discretion, restrict the data usage of users who consume large amounts of data within a short period. Avoid activities such as watching videos or updating the system for extended periods.

Important Notes
The SIM card will activate automatically once inserted; registration is not required.
The SIM card must be activated within 90 days after ordering. It is recommended to activate it as soon as possible after arriving in the “Usage Area” to avoid expiration.
Day calculation: Calendar days are used (for example, if a user purchases a 3-day data plan and installs and activates it at 10:00 a.m. on 9/1, 9/1 at 23:59 is the first day, and the plan will end at 23:59 on 9/3).
Time zone calculation: GMT +8 Hong Kong time is used as the standard, not the time zone of the “Usage Area”.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to the specified transmission standards. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be restricted or reduced to no more than 128kbps.
The SIM card will expire due to late activation, and no refund will be issued.
Do not insert the SIM card before arriving in the “Usage Area”; otherwise, the customer must bear the risk that the SIM card may not provide the intended or normal service.
Note: Actual connection signal and speed may be affected by various factors, such as the customer's distance from the transmitter, website server resources, internet traffic conditions and the number of users, and the supported speed of the mobile device, among others.

User Guide
Insert the SIM card into your phone after arriving at your destination.
Wait 1–2 minutes; the phone should automatically connect to the network.
With the phone turned on, enable data roaming and mobile data.
If the phone cannot select it automatically, select “3gnet” as the APN.
Make sure Wi-Fi is turned off, Airplane Mode is turned off, and the network mode is set to 5G/4G/3G/2G.
Popular apps and social media are supported.
Hotspot sharing is supported, but support for all devices cannot be guaranteed.
For dual-SIM phones, it is strongly recommended that you insert the SIM card into slot 1.
