After the order is completed, the QR code will be sent to the email address you provided within 12 hours.
After receiving the eSIM QR code, it will be valid for 30 days. Customers must activate it within 30 days; however, the QR code validity period is not the same as the number of travel days purchased for the eSIM.
The validity period of the data package starts when the data service is activated.
Data usage is calculated according to Hong Kong time (GMT+8), from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59, as one day. Any period shorter than one day is also counted as one full day.
Only compatible with eSIM-supported mobile phones; it cannot be used with WiFi eggs.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to the specified transmission standards. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be restricted or reduced to no more than 128kbps.
To maintain service quality, hotspot sharing is not recommended.
Using 4G/5G services requires a mobile phone or device that supports the corresponding 4G/5G frequency standards. Network service availability depends on the designated network operator’s coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions at the time, hardware, software, and other factors.
The network operator is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
Each eSIM can be scanned and downloaded on only one device once. After it has been downloaded and bound, please do not change or delete it arbitrarily. If this makes the eSIM unusable, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
