The validity period of the data package starts from the activation of the data service.

Data calculation is based on Hong Kong time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 each day. Even a partial day counts as a full day.

This is only applicable to phones that support eSIM and cannot be used on WiFi devices.

Data usage within the data package is provided at standard transmission rates. If usage exceeds the data package, the transmission speed will be limited or reduced to no more than 128kbps.

To maintain user quality, hotspot sharing is not recommended.

Using 4G/5G services requires phones or devices that support 4G/5G frequencies. Network service conditions depend on the coverage, system compatibility, or other factors related to the designated network provider.

Actual data transmission speeds may vary due to network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors at the time.

The network provider is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.

An eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once for a single device. After downloading and binding, do not change or delete it at will. If the eSIM becomes unusable, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
