Mailing Policy
The product will be mailed within 2 business days via Hong Kong ordinary mail. Therefore, only delivery addresses within Hong Kong can be accepted, and no mailing or tracking number will be provided.
Hong Kong postal delivery generally takes approximately 3 business days; remote areas may take longer.
When placing an order, please provide the recipient's full and accurate name and address to avoid loss.
Delivery may be delayed by traffic, weather, or other force majeure conditions. Please arrange your order in advance to avoid not receiving it before your departure date.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or changed.
Purchasing Information
Hotspot sharing uses bandwidth, and network speed may vary depending on the terminal device and location. Therefore, minimum network speed is not guaranteed. Please confirm this before placing your order.
In accordance with fair-use principles, telecommunications companies may, at their discretion, restrict the data usage of users who consume large amounts of data within a short period. We recommend avoiding activities such as watching videos or updating systems for extended periods.
Important Notes
The SIM card will be activated automatically after insertion; registration is not required.
The SIM card must be activated within 90 days after placing the order. We recommend activating it as soon as possible after arriving in the “Usage Region” to avoid expiration.
Day calculation: Calendar-day basis (for example, if the user purchases a 3-day internet plan and installs and activates it at 10:00 a.m. on 9/1, 11:59 p.m. on 9/1 is counted as the first day, and the plan will end at 11:59 p.m. on 9/3).
Time zone calculation: GMT +8 Hong Kong time is used as the standard, not the time zone of the “Usage Region”.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to the stated transmission standards. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be limited or reduced to no more than 128 kbps.
The SIM card will expire due to late activation, and no refund will be provided.
Please do not insert the SIM card before arriving in the “Usage Region”; otherwise, the customer must bear the risk that the SIM card may not provide the intended or normal service.
Note: Actual connection signal and speed may be affected by various factors, such as the customer's position relative to the transmitter, website server resources, internet traffic conditions and number of users, and the supported speed of the mobile device, among others.
User Guide
Insert the SIM card into your phone after arriving at your destination.
Wait 1–2 minutes; it should automatically connect to the network.
With the phone turned on, please enable data roaming and mobile data.
If the phone cannot select it automatically, select “mobile.power3g” for the APN.
Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned off; Airplane Mode is off; and the network mode is set to 5G/4G/3G/2G.
Popular apps and social media are supported.
Hotspot is supported, but support for all devices cannot be guaranteed.
For dual-SIM phones, we strongly recommend inserting the SIM card into slot 1.
