After order completion, a QR code will be sent to your provided email within 12 hours.
Upon receiving the e-SIM QR code, it remains valid for 30 days. Customers must activate it within this period. However, the QR code's validity does not correspond to the purchased e-SIM travel days.
The data plan's validity period begins upon activation of the data service.
Data usage is calculated daily from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Hong Kong Time (GMT+8). Partial days are counted as full days.
Compatible only with eSIM-enabled mobile phones; cannot be used on WiFi hotspots.
Data usage within the plan's specifications is provided at standard transmission speeds. Exceeding the plan's data allowance will result in speed throttling or reduction to no more than 128kbps.
To maintain service quality, hotspot sharing is not recommended.
4G/5G service requires a mobile phone or device supporting 4G/5G frequency bands. Network service availability depends on the designated network provider's coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
Actual data transmission speeds may vary based on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other factors.
Network providers are automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
Each eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once per device. Once downloaded and bound, please do not arbitrarily change or delete it. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, no replacement or refund will be provided.
