Notes:

After the order is completed, the QR code will be sent to the email address you provided within 12 hours.
After the customer receives the eSIM QR Code, the QR Code is valid for 30 days. The customer must activate it within 30 days; however, the QR Code validity period is not the same as the number of travel days purchased for the eSIM.
The validity period of the data plan starts when the data service is activated.
Data usage is calculated from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 Hong Kong Time (GMT+8) as one day. Any period shorter than one day is also counted as one day.
Only applicable to phones that support eSIM; it cannot be used with WiFi eggs.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to the specified transmission standard. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be restricted or reduced to no more than 128 kbps.
To maintain user quality, hotspot sharing is not recommended.
Using 4G/5G services requires a phone or device that supports 4G/5G frequency bands. Network service availability depends on the designated network operator's coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions, hardware, software, and other factors at the time of use.
The network operator is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
Each eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After downloading and binding, please do not change devices or delete it. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
