After receiving the eSIM QR Code, the QR Code will be valid for 30 days. Please activate it within 30 days. However, the QR Code validity period is not the same as the number of days purchased for the eSIM travel plan.
The validity period of the data plan starts when the data service is activated.
Data usage is calculated based on Hong Kong time (GMT+8), from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 as one day. Any period of less than one day is also counted as one day.
Only compatible with phones that support eSIM; it cannot be used with Wi-Fi egg devices.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to standard transmission specifications. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be restricted or reduced to no more than 128 kbps.
To maintain service quality, hotspot sharing is not recommended.
Using 4G/5G services requires a phone or device that supports the corresponding 4G/5G frequency bands. Network service availability depends on the network coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors of the designated network operator.
Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions, hardware, software, and other factors at the time of use.
The network operator is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
Each eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once on one device. After downloading and binding it, please do not change devices or delete it without authorization. If this causes the eSIM to become unusable, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
