Mailing Policy
The product will be sent by Hong Kong ordinary mail within 2 working days. Therefore, only delivery addresses within Hong Kong can be accepted, and no mailing or tracking number will be provided.
Hong Kong postal delivery generally takes approximately 3 working days; remote areas may take longer.
When ordering, please provide the recipient’s full and accurate name and address to avoid delivery failure.
Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure circumstances. Please place your order early to avoid not receiving it before your departure date.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or changed in any way.
Important Notes
The SIM card will be activated automatically after insertion; registration is not required.
The SIM card must be activated within 90 days after ordering. It is recommended that you activate it as soon as possible after arriving in the “destination region” to avoid expiration.
Day-counting method: calendar days (for example, if a user purchases a 3-day data plan and installs and activates it at 10:00 a.m. on 9/1, 23:59 on 9/1 is the first day, and the plan will terminate at 23:59 on 9/3).
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to the specified transmission standards. If usage exceeds the data allowance specified for the product, the transmission speed will be restricted.
The SIM card will expire due to exceeding the validity period, and no refund will be provided.
Please do not insert the SIM card before arriving in the “destination region”; otherwise, the customer must bear the risk that the SIM card may not provide the intended or normal service.
Time zone calculation: GMT +8 Hong Kong time is used as the standard, not the time zone of the “destination region”.
Note: Actual connection signal and speed may be affected by various factors, such as the customer's distance from the transmitting station, website server resources, Internet traffic conditions and number of users, and the supported speed of the mobile device, among others.
User Guide
Insert the SIM card into your phone after arriving at your destination.
Wait 2–3 minutes; it should automatically connect to the network.
With the phone switched on, please enable data roaming and mobile data.
Make sure Wi-Fi is turned off at this time; airplane mode is turned off.
If the phone cannot select it automatically, select “3gnet” as the APN.
Supports popular apps and social media.
For dual-SIM phones, it is strongly recommended that you insert the SIM card into slot 1.
