Purchase Notes

After the SIM card has been successfully topped up, the purchased service plan will be added to the SIM card within approximately 5 minutes.
Then, after inserting the SIM card into your phone, open the basic phone function and dial ＊0000#. Your SIM card will restart and can then be used.

In accordance with fair-use principles, telecommunications companies may, at their discretion, restrict the data usage of users who consume large amounts of data within a short period. Avoid watching videos or updating systems for extended periods.
If our company believes that a prepaid card has been or may be used for fraud, activities violating any Hong Kong laws or regulations, or abnormal use, we have the right to permanently suspend the number, and the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
The account balance limit for a prepaid card is HK$5000.
Hotspot sharing consumes bandwidth, and network speed may vary depending on the terminal device and geographical location. Therefore, minimum network speeds are not guaranteed; please confirm before placing an order.
Our company has the final right of interpretation regarding call charges, account balances, expiry dates, rewards, and other related matters.
Our company reserves the right to change tariffs and service conditions at any time without prior notice.

Important Notes

Day calculation: Calendar-day basis (for example, if a user tops up and activates a 3-day internet plan at 10:00 a.m. on 9/1, 23:59 on 9/1 is the first day, and the plan will terminate at 23:59 on 9/3).
Time zone calculation: GMT +8 Hong Kong time is used as the standard, not the time zone of the “Usage Region”.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to the specified transmission standard. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be restricted or reduced to no more than 128 kbps.
The SIM card will be deactivated upon expiry, and no refund will be provided.
Please do not insert the SIM card before arriving in the “Usage Region”; otherwise, you will bear the risk that the SIM card may not provide the intended or normal service.
Note: Actual connection signal and speed may be affected by various factors, such as the customer's relative position to the transmitter, website server resources, internet traffic conditions and number of users, and the supported speed of the mobile device, among others.

User Guide

After arriving at your destination, insert the SIM card into your phone. After the SIM card has been successfully topped up, the purchased service plan will be added to the SIM card within approximately 5 minutes. Then, after inserting the SIM card into your phone, open the basic phone function and dial ＊0000#. Your SIM card will restart and can then be used.
With the phone turned on, please enable data roaming and mobile data.
Make sure Wi-Fi is turned off; Airplane Mode is turned off; and the network mode is selected and set to 5G/4G/3G/2G.
If the phone cannot select automatically, please contact our customer service colleagues for support with popular applications and social media.
For dual-SIM phones, we strongly recommend inserting the SIM card into slot 1.
