Fair Usage Policy

When the monthly fair usage limit of 5GB is exceeded, the upload and download speeds will be restricted to no more than 128kbps and cannot be used for network sharing (tethering) and peer-to-peer services. The fair usage amount is calculated based on the total usage of all passes per calendar month.

Basic Information

• Service is for local use only.
• Network maximum download speed. Actual data transmission speed may vary depending on network conditions, hardware, software, and other factors at the time.
• All local data passes expire at 23:59 on the respective day.
• Hong Kong government license and administrative fee of $2.5 every 30 days.
• For security reasons, if your 'Happy' mobile phone card has no usage record within 30 days, the service of the card will be suspended and the number will be reclaimed.

Terms and General Information

• Using the [Happy] prepaid mobile phone card or recharge voucher implies acceptance of the relevant terms and conditions.
• This card is suitable for 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile phones.
• The SIM card and phone number for this service are resources of the company, and users can only use them within the validity period. After the validity period, the company has the right to reclaim all phone numbers.
• If the company believes that the prepaid card has been or may be used for fraudulent activities, or in violation of any Hong Kong laws or regulations, or used abnormally, the company has the right to permanently suspend the number without refund.
• The maximum account balance for prepaid cards is HK$5000.
• The company has the final interpretation rights regarding call charges, account balances, validity dates, and reward methods.
• The company reserves the right to change call charges and service conditions at any time without prior notice.
