Mailing Policy
The product will be sent by Hong Kong ordinary mail within 2 working days. Therefore, only delivery addresses within Hong Kong are accepted, and no mailing or tracking number is provided.
Delivery by Hong Kong Post generally takes approximately 3 working days; remote areas may take longer.
When placing an order, please provide the recipient’s full and accurate name and address to avoid loss.
Delivery may be delayed by traffic, weather, or other force majeure circumstances. Please arrange your order in advance to avoid not receiving it before your departure date.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or changed.
Purchase Information
Hotspot sharing uses bandwidth, and network speed may vary depending on the terminal device and location. Therefore, minimum network speeds are not guaranteed; please confirm before placing an order.
In accordance with fair-use principles, telecommunications companies may, at their discretion, restrict the data usage of users who consume large amounts of data within a short period. We recommend avoiding prolonged video viewing or system updates.
Important Notes
Real-name registration is required in Taiwan. Visit https://roaming.happytelecom.com.hk/rnr, enter the SIM card number, and upload your identification document to use the service.
The SIM card must be activated within 90 days after placing the order. We recommend activating it as soon as possible after arriving in the “service area” to avoid expiration.
Day calculation: Calendar-day basis (for example, if a user purchases a 3-day data plan and installs and activates it at 10:00 a.m. on 9/1, 23:59 on 9/1 is the first day, and the plan will terminate at 23:59 on 9/3).
Time zone calculation: GMT +8 Hong Kong time is used as the standard, not the time zone of the “service area”.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to standard transmission specifications. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be restricted or reduced to no more than 128kbps.
The SIM card will become invalid after expiration, and no refund will be issued.
Do not insert the SIM card before arriving in the “service area”; otherwise, the customer must bear the risk that the SIM card may be unable to provide the expected or normal service.
Note: Actual signal strength and connection speed may be affected by various factors, such as the customer's relative position to the cell tower, website server resources, internet traffic conditions and the number of users, and the supported speed of the mobile device, among others.
User Guide
Insert the SIM card into your phone after arriving at your destination.
Wait 1–2 minutes; the phone should automatically connect to the network.
With the phone switched on, please enable data roaming and mobile data.
If the phone cannot select it automatically, select “mobile.power3g” as the APN.
Make sure Wi-Fi is turned off; Airplane Mode is turned off; and the network mode is set to 5G/4G/3G/2G.
Popular apps and social media are supported.
Hotspot sharing is supported, but support cannot be guaranteed for all devices.
For phones with dual SIM cards, we strongly recommend inserting the SIM card into slot 1.
