After the order is completed, the QR code will be sent to the email address you provided within 48 hours.
After receiving the e-SIM QR code, the QR code will be valid for 30 days. Customers must activate it within 30 days; however, the QR code validity period is not the same as the number of travel days purchased for the e-SIM.
The validity period of the data plan begins when the data service is activated.
Data usage is calculated according to Hong Kong time (GMT+8), from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59, as one day. Any period shorter than one day will also be counted as one day.
For use only with phones that support eSIM; it cannot be used with Wi-Fi eggs.
Usage within the data allowance is provided according to the applicable transmission standards. If usage exceeds the data allowance, the transmission speed will be restricted or reduced to no more than 128 kbps.
To maintain service quality, hotspot sharing is not recommended.
Use of 4G/5G services requires a phone or device that supports the relevant 4G/5G frequency bands. Network service availability depends on the designated network operator’s coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors.
Actual data transmission speeds may vary depending on network conditions at the time, hardware, software, or other factors.
The network operator is automatically assigned by the system based on resource availability.
Each eSIM can be scanned and downloaded by only one device once. After it has been downloaded and bound, please do not change or delete it; if this causes the eSIM to become unusable, it cannot be replaced or refunded.
